The problem

Application integration between the Infor ERP system and Salesforce as the central SCM platform.

What we did

We implemented several interfaces to synchronize quotation, order and customer data between the systems, with additional data archiving in SharePoint. Team14 also took over maintenance of the Lobster server and regularly supports system updates.

The result

A smaller integration project with full success: the processes now run fully automated and no longer require any manual interaction.
