The problem

The existing ERP system needed to be replaced by the modern, future-proof, cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, alongside the rollout of a new e-commerce shop.

What we did

We worked closely with the WiBU IT team to implement several hundred interfaces between the e-commerce platform and the ERP system. In addition, we implemented standard integrations for incoming orders from multiple sources, invoicing and catalog generation.

The result

A large-scale, multi-year transformation project that has already successfully gone live for most of the WiBU companies. The implemented integrations now form a key part of the new D365 and e-commerce landscape.
