The problem

Multiple EDI integrations with customers and suppliers were required to automate the exchange of business documents.

What we did

We implemented customer and supplier interfaces for orders, delivery notes and invoices in an on-premises Lobster_data installation. Team14 also provides ongoing maintenance, support and system updates.

The result

Several fully integrated EDI processes are now running reliably, reducing manual workload and minimizing errors for employees.
