The problem

SAP and Ticom, an ERP system specifically designed for the wood processing industry, needed to be integrated. Order and delivery data had to be exchanged reliably at high message volumes.

What we did

Team14 supported the interface implementation and actively participated in the on-site acceptance testing in Vienna. We also provided hands-on support during and in the days following the production rollout.

The result

The project was successfully completed, with several high-volume mappings now processing thousands of messages every day.
