The problem

A full integration of the ProAlpha ERP system with surrounding core systems was required, including time tracking, production, document management, Salesforce and other business applications.

What we did

We worked closely with the internal IT team and external software vendors to design and implement the required interfaces. We also trained the customer’s employees to provide first-level support for Lobster independently.

The result

The integrations are successfully processing hundreds of messages every day. The second project phase, including the international rollout to additional countries, has also been completed.
